The Board of Governors is responsible for laying down the Vision and Mission statement and formulating the broad policy framework for achieving the same. Academic Council

The Academic Council is responsible for approving the academic syllabus and pedagogy in line with the broad policy framework formulated by the Board of Governors. The Academic Council is also tasked to conduct six monthly review of academic rigour, emerging academic challenges and charting the course for enhancing intellectual capital of our Faculty.
